We hope you love your M.E Studio Kids pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unworn, unused, and unwashed
* In their original condition
* With all original tags attached
* In the original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at info@mestudiokids.ca before sending your item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind, sizing, fit, or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as M.E Studio Kids cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Email info@mestudiokids.ca with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, M.E Studio Kids will work with you to make it right and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Please contact us at info@mestudiokids.ca.

Because many of our pieces are available in limited quantities, size exchanges are subject to availability. For size-related exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the original item received was defective or incorrect.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
